## What this site does

Ontario LTB Search helps people look up publicly available Landlord and Tenant Board final orders via an interactive search on the homepage. Users can search by tenant name, landlord name, or both.

The site also publishes an Ontario LTB forms guide (`/ltb-forms`) with links to official Tribunals Ontario forms (N-series notices, L-series landlord applications, T-series tenant applications, and related documents), plus an informational L1 non-payment eviction process flow (`/ltb-forms/l1`) covering N4 notice through hearing and enforcement. These pages are informational only and are not legal advice.

## Coverage and limits

- Data covers LTB final orders in a limited date range shown on the home page.
- Records may also include CanLII-sourced decisions.
- Search queries must be 3–29 characters and use letters, numbers, spaces, and common name punctuation only.
- Results are paginated and may require a more specific query when too many matches are returned.
- Forms and flow pages link to Tribunals Ontario as the authoritative source; always verify current forms and rules there.

## Accuracy disclaimer

This site does not guarantee the accuracy of addresses, party names, or other fields. Always verify against the official LTB decision document and, when linked, CanLII. Forms and process guidance are informational overviews only — not legal advice.
